I would like to see more SP's being purchased but i know that it may be a long shot at this stage. I guess its LC's all the way from now or something similar, basically because they are cheap and "will do" for expressway duties. I honestly can't see them buying LC's for tours, i'd be very very surprised. I remember last year when Broadstone sent out a bus for the Rugby Team, they sent out an LC i think LC21 and the lads told them to send it back because it was too uncomfortable and the seats were too close together so they sent it back and got SP94 instead
I've never been on the Kinglong's but i must say they look to be a nice bus, but if everyone is saying that they are pretty much a pile of junk then they must be so. I know Martin Leydon and i must ask him what he thinks of his Kinglong bus 08 C 11. I didn't think Setra's would be very expensive, i thought the Jonckeere's would be more pricey but they are probably in the same category price-wise roughly.
Those Plaxton Panthers look ok, i've been on 2 of them with Matthews a few months back and they are a nice bus, nothing really eye-catching about them but they are just very nice. Can't see them buying Vanhools or any more VG's (Sunsundegui). Would like SP's or more of the new SC's and maybe a bit higher spec than the current new SC's, and use them on expressways. Put the SP's on tours obviously.
