That Centra store is in the village itself, you need either the 7 or 16 in that case(both go exactly the same route from the South Mall out this far, it's only after here they go different directions, 7 goes right at the T junction where there used to be traffic lights but no longer are) and get off at the Topaz station next to Douglas Shopping Centre, the scenic option is the 6 which goes along the other side of Douglas Shopping Centre(there is a Douglas Court too but that is somewhere else), the Centra is very near there.
Ecos is also nearby(and they do great food if you don't mind being squashed in a little!), it's to the left of Barrys(if you know where the Centra is you can't miss Barrys), there is an old style bus shelter opposite it which is where the country routes 222 and 223 stop, you can get one of these here if you wanted to go down to say Fountainstown or Crosshaven which are really nice areas, Crosshaven in particular is really nice.
There aren't any hotels in Douglas, there probably are B&Bs alright but there are plenty of both varieties in town needless to say.
The 16 runs every 30 minutes on Saturdays and has a clockface timetable, it goes from the South Mall, its bus stop is the nearest to the Bus Station, the 7 goes from St Patrick Street(Pana) then up the Grand Parade and onto the South Mall from there, the 6 and 7 have the same stop on the South Mall, it's outside the Imperial Hotel, there are 2 bus shelters there.
Getting to the village itself should take no more than 15 minutes from the South Mall on a Saturday regardless of which route you choose, the 6 runs every 10 minutes and the 7 runs every 20, while the 16 as noted runs every 30 minutes, the 7 and 6 are SL operated, the 16 has a VWL and SL on it, the VWL could be anything though 142 is fairly regular and is a very good machine.
