hi everyonejust a reminder that the annual irish transport trust rally will take place this saturday the 17 april 2010i will post any additonal information up closer to the event but it is a great day out for everyone and it is a family friendly eventand while your there why not visit the transport museum at cultra

I was there myself today, great time. It was my first time there and i enjoyed it. I also got a 2 hour spin on RM2154 (think that was the number), a red ex London Routemaster. Thought i'd see RH7 & KC48 there but they didn't show up. C26 & DF839 were there which was great. Logans Corporate Coaching Volvo B12 Plaxton Elite beauty was there too, lovely machine.

I still don't think the C look like best bus in the world but i do like the Routemaster. Give me a routemaster over an LC any day!! LOLI didn't get a spin on the C or the DF but i had a look a them. I didn't realise that they have the big steering wheel like the M's had. I take back part of what i said about the C's being the worst looking bus in the world, they aren't too bad. LOL. The E class could fit into that category though

Martin I see you got a picture of the bus that i was on, RM2154, but i was at the back upstairs so i haven't got my claim to fame just yet
