I know how to use the Rambler Tickets on Dublin Bus routes, but when it says that "the 5 day and 30 day Rambler tickets are now available on the Leap card", what exactly does that mean? If I want to go out and buy a 5 day rambler ticket from the newsagents (which costs €27.50), would I be able to get that 5 day rambler ticket cheaper if I ask for a 5 day Rambler Leap Card Ticket instead, or do you have to have a Leap card in order to get one of those 5 day Leap Rambler tickets? And what way does it work? Any help would be much appreciated because I am a bit clueless to this! I'm sure it sounds simple enough but I just cannot understand it. It is visible at this link here https://www.dublinbus.ie/en/News-Centre/General-News/Rambler-Tickets-to-Leap-Card/
Another thing, what is the differences between a standard Leap Card and a Personalised Leap Card? And what are the advantages of a Personalised card? Visible on their site here http://www.dublinbus.ie/en/Fares--Tickets/Leapcard/ . And when it mentions "Capping", putting a cap on your card, what does that mean? Does it mean that if for example, I have €10 in credit on my Leap card, and I am using the bus all day on different routes, that it will only allow me travel on buses to the value of the €10 on my card, or what does it mean? If anyone can help I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance.
